Due to historic shipping levels this holiday season, all shipping companies facing extreme delays. Because of this, our normal shipping times have went from 4-7 days to 5-14 days for US shipping and 14 - 30 Days for Canada orders.

U.S. Orders - All orders are shipped via USPS and normally take between 5-14 days to arrive. If it has been longer than 14 days and your order has not arrived, please click here to contact us for a resolution.

Canada Orders - All orders are shipped via USPS and normally take between 14-30 days to arrive. If it has been longer than 20 days and your order has not arrived, please click here to contact us for a resolution.

Within 30 days of purchase, all orders are eligible for refund with no questions asked. Due to the fact that we have to cover the cost of a return shipping label for the return, we do charge a $3.50 shipping fee per returned item for US orders which will be deducted from the return amount. For example, if you purchased a pair of our frames for $29.97 and you would like to return those frames, we will refund you $26.47 ($29.97 - $3.50). For orders from Canada, we charge $9.99 for the return label.

Exchanges:

In order to exchange an item you must first go through the return process for your original item(s). Once you have received your returned funds, you can move forward with purchasing the new product of your choice.
